because they are afraid of changes and the new things or new people. people fear the "black men"(as you put it) because of what they do and what they believe in People are racist and believe the stereotypes they hear about black men being more aggressive, which is BS but people are not generally very smart. Also, whitel people fear black people because they are afraid of the tables turning and whites being oppressed, which would probably teach us white people a lesson.
