This question seems odd. The conquest of the New World Americas were accomplished by Europeans. They took control of Native American lands and abused these Tribes.
The U.S. could be threatened by European colonies because they represented competition in the import and export of goods.
Population density and disease played significant roles in European colonization of the Americas. The high population density in Europe led to overcrowding and competition for resources, motivating Europeans to seek new lands for settlement. However, the introduction of diseases like smallpox, measles, and influenza to the Americas caused devastating impacts on indigenous populations, leading to the rapid decline of native communities and making it easier for Europeans to establish control over the land.

Spain and Portugal.
The reason that the Europeans wanted to claim and control land throughout the world were economic ones. In the new lands of the Americas and Africa, the Europeans were looking for gold, raw materials, and land possessions as a way to compete with one another.
Spain competed for control of land in the Americas through a combination of military conquest, colonization, and the establishment of missions and settlements. They relied on the exploration and exploitation of resources, as well as the subjugation of indigenous populations. Spain's presence in the Americas was solidified through the Treaty of Tordesillas in 1494, which divided the New World between Spain and Portugal.
Governors and soldiers were sent to take control of colonized areas.
Natives did not except the Europeans being on their territory. The Europeans tried to take control and make natives convert their religion to Christianity or make them their slaves. They usually did take control because they had superior weapons compared to the natives.
