Predestination-Apex :)
All Puritans are Christians, but not all Christians are Puritans. Puritanism is a denomination of Christianity. Puritans believe, based on the teachings of John Calvin, in predestination and election (meaning that everything you did, do, and will do has already been determined, and that only a few people who God has chosen, or "elected" will go to Heaven). I myself am a Christian, but don't believe in either of these. However, we all share in the belief of the trinity, which is God the Father, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus, Son of God.

The Puritans believed that God had chosen certain people to go to heaven or hell.
The puritans did not believe in that the religion was rightouse or fair, they were tied of being tolled to do what to believe.. causing them to separate from the church and becoming puritans "pure".
Puritans were simply God-fearing people. They followed God's laws and the principles of The Bible.
They believe that they are the chosen people of God.
