Nobody in the USA ever offers a fair price for land. The land owner should hold on to the land until a fair price is offered. OH, the Native Americans didn't have that power.

The United States government encouraged attempts to take Native Americans lands.
The Texas government was no different than the United States government, except in their tactics. Both governments did not honor the treaties it signed with the Native Americans, but Texas went a step further to a "Salted Earth" policy (they would kill all Native Americans, men women and children) as well as destroy their crops (food) and burn their homes (villages). It must be noted that the United States government did the same thing, but not as a standard operating policy.
The United States government supported this, in that they set up reservation for the Native Americans. They then bought the land from them and promised to protect them. The US government also wrote and signed many treaties to help the Native Americans. Sadly though this didnt last long. Because the settlers wanted the Native Americans land. This caused the Native Americans to fight back. They were fighting not only for their land, but for their resources. But mostly in order to keep their traditions. Thanks I hope that helps!
If Native Americans had not united with the colonies then the colonists might have lost the Revolutionary War.
The United States Government.
There was not a "king" that banished Native Americans. Native Americans were not ever "banished," because though they were often forced on to reservations by treaties with the U.S. government. Presidents of the United States did this.
