The reason why we as humans come to an end is because we ourselves cannot possibly live forever. In other forms we will never die, simply because we are recycled throughout earth. We will never have a conscience again, but there is life after death. I am a Christian and I believe that after we die our bodies will be decomposed in the physical form, but upon losing connection with this body we will be in spiritual form waiting for God's judgement. To me it is either Heaven or Hell. The Devil has been trying so hard to make people believe that there is nothing after life, because that is essentially what it is in Hell. He has been very successful in doing this as you hear of and see many atheists daily and throughout your life. Those who do not believe will perish after death, and will have to experience eternal Hell fire. Anyway, back to the topic of discussion. In a physical sense as being human, yes, we as humans will someday come to an end as well as the earth when God decides our time is up on his Earthly creation. It may not make sense for him to destroy his own creation, but it is very easy for him to create a new place if he may choose to do so.
