We do, or at least I do. Yes they can be brash and slightly obnoxious at times, but I wouldn't say the British don't like Americans.
If there is one reason, it's probably their reluctance to join WW II until the later stages. When they did get involved, they were based in the UK prompting the phrase "over sexed and over here" and the "nylon" issue.
he helped the Americans
British opponents of the slave trade were Americans and French because the Americans did not like slaves and they did not want there to be slaves in British territories
Well as you can see on TV alot of Americans make fun of British people saying we have a accent like " pip pip cherry'o " but we don't! We talk perfectly fine so i don't see why we need to be made fun of, its not right. They think its funny but its not!! Alot of kids watching American shows wont find it very amusing and will probably not like Americans. Q .So the question is Why do Americans make fun of British people? A. Because they think its funny, BUT ITS NOT!!

Generally speaking they do as they have much in common. Of course, as with any nation there will be some that do and some that do not.
this is a crazy notion that just is not true!! Americans do not hate anyone or any one nation! sometimes nations do have differences even the USA and Canada, but that is like good friends that have a difference of opinion.

It's hard to say for everyone. But some do and some don't. Just how Americans feel about other countries. They don't like to say we(Americans) speak English, but that we speak American.

Irish Citizens are nicer than British Citizens one reason only that when travelling Irish People have more respect for what they get and also they arent greaty British people have no respect and dont care about no one and are complete dicks most of the time and really greaty like owning Scotland / Wales / N Ireland they want everything everyone hates them
Yes, as there are people everywhere that immitate countrys accents and make fun of them. Answer The British have a long history of poking fun at almost everything. For an allegedly pompous race they have a remarkable sense of humour, much funnier than American slapstick. The British, unlike Americans, are happy to laugh at themselves, and the British will poke fun at Americans as happily as they poke fun at themselves. Of course, Americans give British comedians a lot to work with.
