Egypt isn't allowing the export of mummies and Egyptian artifacts anymore. Unless you go to the oldest Egyptology museums (London) or Egypt itself, you're pretty much out of luck.
Or if your question is where all the jewels and stuff went while the mummies were left alone, that's because of grave robbers. Ancient Egyptian grave robbers only left the mummies for us to find, and about 60 of the mummies found in the valley of the kings were moved by priests to protect them from grave robbers.
Ironically, they stripped them of everything they had as payment. Even the gold on the coffins was scraped off. Which was one of the most disrespectful and despicable things to do at the time.
Tombs, particularly those of ancient civilizations like the Egyptians, often contained a variety of precious jewels, including gold, silver, and gemstones such as lapis lazuli, turquoise, and carnelian. These jewels symbolized wealth and power and were believed to offer protection and favor in the afterlife. In addition to personal adornments, jewelry was sometimes placed with the deceased to accompany them in their journey beyond death. Other cultures, like the Maya and the Chinese, also buried significant treasures with their rulers and elites to honor them and ensure their status in the afterlife.
