China was interested in Korea because they saw them as an important trading partner and also a military outpost. Japan was interested for them to open 3 ports to trade and also similar to China's reason. They then made a hands-off agreement saying that they would not send their armies to Korea.
If the United Nations had not stepped in, chances are South Korea would not exist. Korea would be one, united country, which would most likely be run by the current dictator of North Korea.
Korea brought many things to Japan.About 300AD Korean people came to Japan and indigenous Japanese were nearly monkeys.Korean people tought how to do farming,Chinese, and cultures. Also about 2or3hundreds later Korean gave a sword because of friendship. Also in 1592 to 1598 Korea and Japan had a big war.At first Japan beated Korea because they had muskeet guns from Portugal but later Korea won because Korea had good cannons. Then Japan colonized Korean in1910 for 36 years because of that nowadays Japanese people learn wrong history.Teachers teach Korea learnt cultivating from Japan,Japanese tought Korean to Korean people... Those nonsense stuff.Even 30%of Japanese blood come from Koreans. These are continueing even now and it became east sea of Korea turned into the troubled area.(In diplomacy) If you ask about something like related to two countries for E.X:Japanese massacred Korean and Chinese to Japanese they would say they have never did that. p.s:I am Korean but don't think I wrote it to say Japanese are bad.
North Korea had been urged into invading South Korea by Soviet's (Russia's) Joseph Stalin. Stalin supplied MIG-15 jet fighters, T-34 tanks, and tons of Soviet Artillery and small arms, along with ammunition and fuel for the war machines. Korea has been "NOT BLESSED" by being geographically located between warring nations nearly all of it's existence; China, Russia, and Japan. Again, due to Korea's location, the conflicts involving those countries have led to easy access by outside nations such as Germany, France, or the United States, due to Korea being a peninsula, thus allowing ANY nation to reach Korea by SEA. If Korea had been a "Land Locked Country", any fighting would be RESTRICTED to the surrounding nations. But the peninsula of Korea is open to any nation with a navy. Korea was a colony of Japan prior to WW2. WW2 brought the Soviets into war with Japan which involved Korea. Japan's defeat in WW2 enabled the Soviets (Russians) to occupy NORTH KOREA; while the US/Allies preserved South Korea. When Joseph Stalin died in 1953, the Korean War ended by Armistice (in 1953).
I'm guessing you mean North Korea, The United States could take care of them by themselves. South Korea would be our first ally because of the tension of the two Koreas. The U.S. would also be allied with the U.K., Germany, France, pretty much all of Europe, and possibly Japan or a South American country. North Korea would probably get help from China and other communist nations, and Russia would be a wildcard.
Definitely Korea for the Kimchi, but Japan for the Sushi.
japan
Japan. Already spent a year in South Korea with the Army.
Japan decided to force Korea to open 2 ports to trade. This would show that Japan is an imperial nation. Along with this, Japan sent different officials around the world to scout out the best technologies to modernize its country.
it had to do with different types of styles. in japan, most people would paint birds or fantasies, like the artist Ito Jakuchu.
Probably if North Korea started a war, USA would go on and help South Korea for they are more friendly and because of similar government. China would help North Korea because of their similar government too. Japan would help South Korea because they are more of a close friend. Not because of a similar government. ---- if North Korea started a war, it would be my guess that USA, Japan, and China will help South Korea because North Korea is trying to send nuclear bombs to USA and other places.
China is followed by Japan with $4.91 trillion, India with $2.29 trillion, and South Korea with $1.59 trillion.
China, Japan or South Korea would be.
There were two different views since Korea was divided into North and South Korea, and both Korea's had different leaders with different views on how they wanted to keep Korea under control if it was to be reunified.
That would be North and South Korea.
i believe the best awnser would be North Korea....
Neither! The correct answer would be: Taiwan!! :)
