If Obama decreases our Defense Systems, yes it could happen again. He wants to take 10% out of the US Military budget.

Actually, the size of the military was irrelevant. The US spends more of its GDP on the military than any other country, and it still happened. By the logic of the answer given above, it shouldn't have happened. But it did. Better screening methods at airports and increased presence of Air Marshalls would've had a better chance of preventing 9/11 than an increased military would've had. How does more troops on the ground relate to something which occurred in the air?

most likely in 2013 because they are planning unknown attacks, the government and army should look out for another 911 attack. not only in America but in Mexico and Italy
