He wasn't a king because he was a leader.
hammurabi said " an eye for an eye " so if u murdered u get murdered . like if u steal u would get ur hands cut off. simple as that ..
yes, such as china, italia, paksten, europe, india, and, madgascar have law codes like Hammurabi's. Hammurabi
The code of Hammurabi looks like a large index finger with 2 people at the top which is probably Hammurabi sitting down and a maid or servant standing up.
The most important set of laws were created by Hammurabi, the king of Babylonia who ruled around 1792 BCE. His code included 282 laws about matters sh=uch as family life, work, buying and selling land, and trade.
There would be more crime, just like in the book Lord of the Flies.
canadian law is better than hammurabi's law because hammurabi's law is way more harsher than canadian laws today. of course, if our law was as harsh as hammurabi's today, there would be less crimes. in canadian law, the people who decide if you are going to jail/if you are guilty, have to ask questions to themselves like 'did the accused person of the crime do his actions on purpose','how old is this person...' and it goes on and on. when in hammurabi's law no questions asked you would be killed right away. in my opinion i would rather have the canadian law more than hammurabi's.

Hammurabi was best known for his code of law and Hanging Gardens of Babylon that he built for his wife who was home sick for where she came from, Media. Hammurabi created the code of law to keep his Empire in order. The Hanging Gardens of Babylon was where Hammurabi's wife would spend the day near the trees, plant life, and water like her homeland Media.
Code of Hammurabi. There were 282 laws, most of them punishments like an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.
Well, my friend, Hammurabi was a wise ruler who believed in justice and fairness. If someone didn't follow the law in his time, Hammurabi would ensure they faced consequences based on the principle of "an eye for an eye." It's important to remember that we can learn from history and strive to create a world where kindness and understanding prevail.
The Code of Hammurabi and ziggurats are associated with the ancient civilization of Mesopotamia. The Code of Hammurabi was a set of laws created by the Babylonian king Hammurabi, while ziggurats were pyramid-like structures built as religious temples in Mesopotamian city-states.
Hammurabi wrote a code to follow because people that did something wrong should get punished like they did to someone else
On one knows trying to research it myself
This sounds like a homework question... cheater. Just kidding. But anyway. One way Hammurabi changed history is by being the first person to codify laws, which basically means the first to actually write down laws. He had scribes carve all the laws he had known onto large tablets, which became known as Hammurabi's Code. I cannot think of another one at the moment.
