well long ago Egyptians had to push or pull or lift heavy things. they wanted an easier way to carry it so they had these long sticks i forgot what they were called and they were like a pencil except really bigger than a pencil. they put the heavy thing over the sticks an the sticks started rolling when they pushed it, making the heavy object move. they used less force for this. that's how wheel were created.
