It is thought that no one forced the Romans out of Britain. It is just that when waves of invading hordes were attacking Rome the Emperor at the time felt that he wanted his armies closer to the center of his Empire (not that it helped) and when the armies withdrew then most of the Romans living in Britain did too. Although some are thought to have stayed for many years afterwards.

Britain
The Romans left Britain in 476, because around 40-45 years before that the barbarians started attacking England. The barbarians carried on attacking for 40-45 years, until the Romans finally left. They decided this because, Italy was their home country. (The country they originated from and started the Roman Empire.) Where-as, England was just a simple, helpless country that they invaded.
Before the Anglo-Saxons conquered England, Britain was ruled by an indigenous people referred to as the Britons. They were a mix of Roman and British blood.
