Pros: You shared power and land with the king. Could command servants to do what you wanted. Had a big house (a.k.a castle) to have lots of precious things in. A big supply of food constantly. Peasants and serfs worked for you. Lots of respect (same as king in pros and cons.) The best health care (certain medicines others couldn't buy.) Cons: You were expected to have children and back then, it was a high risk of death in pregnancy AND birth. If the king was bad it would affect your image as queen ( king could hurt you too.) You had to arrange marriages for your kids (even if you didn't want to.) King could be killed in war and you'll become a widow ( you would also take on all of the kings work.) You were a tad lower than the king.
