They were called the barbarians.
No, history is not the same as culture. Culture is the way of people all around the world in many different places, while history is just a recording of events that happened to people.
This question has been debated since the beginning of time. There is no right or wrong answer, because people are split right down the middle concerning this controversial topic. So, the only answer you will ever find is within yourself. Either execution is civilized, or it is not civilized.
Life was ok in the middle ages everyone did their fair share of work and all had houses to live in. They all had different jobs but it all added up and got paid for their work. Crime was different depending on what you had done and was fair but not that civilized. The entertainment was good and there was plenty to do even though only rich people were allowed to take part in games like jousting and archery. My opinion is that not everything was as great as it could have been for example having your hands cut off but overall I think the middle ages was quite civilized.
I think that American culture influences people around the world by showing them that you can have more than one culture in your community
Culture is not created, it is allowed to develop. It is nurtured. It is the meaning of the group that rises from being. The most important premise that a culture group member must know is the adage, good fences make good neighbors. Fences are not necessarily a physical thing, fences can also be metaphorical.

No-uncivilized maybe at one point in time by ignorant people. But civilized is also relative. Their culture was very rich just different.
the Melting-pot theory
Africa has been civilized for thousands of years. The degree and impression of civilization is different in different cultures. Just because a people are not using high tech equipment does not mean they are not civilized.
The Americans are a civilized people.
a culture is made by: laws, leaders, the arts, traditions, religion, race (colour), food, celebration and finally people. with out people there would be no culture because there would be no one to create it and make all these different words mean something.
The Romans wanted to be civilized because they wanted to be the best, and to do that they needed to be civilized people.
If "melting pot" was one of "the following", that was probably it.
Culture is shaped by a combination of historical events, social norms, values, beliefs, and traditions that have been passed down through generations. It influences people's behaviors, attitudes, and perceptions, as it provides a framework for understanding the world and guiding social interactions. Ultimately, culture serves to create a sense of identity and belonging for individuals within a society.
People from different countries combine into one culture.
The difference ebetween being civilized and uncivilized is manners. A civilized person would grow up in a nice home and be taught to do "appropriate" things and behave "human". As of being uncivilized though is that you would have grown up in a poor family, have no famous or rich person in your family, or have any way of life other than being yourself. These varied as different because civilized people went to the trouble of ignoring uncivilized people while uncivilized people didn't care.
