I know this may seem like a lot of work, but you could write an essay to impress her about the various reasons why you should have a party(working hard,etc.) and what you will do to make the party a success. Organize who will bring in foods or snacks if you want any, and make sure everyone in your class agrees. Show her all the things you organized and make sure to figure out a flexible time, and she can't say no. :)
