If you are talking about Ancient Romans, obviously they didn't celebrate Thanksgiving, because it wasn't invented until about 1200 years after the Roman period. In modern Rome very few people, if any, would celebrate Thanksgiving, because Thanksgiving is a purely USA celebration which Europeans don't think about. I was born in the UK, I had not heard of Thanksgiving until I was 12 years old.
