Just Normally ! Kids have parties normally in their houses organized by their parents of course.. the guests are mostly relatives! Teenagers throw parties in cafes, hotels ,sometimes their houses.. mainly any hall!.. They dance, have fun and of course eat the cake :)! Adults don't normally throw huge parties..
