Well, the Cyrax armor from both the video game series and movies are actually BMX/Motocross armor spray painted with a polish. The only customizing is at the headgear. So first you need to go about finding BMX and Motocross stores to find the choice armor. After you need to buy a BMX/Skate helmet. The helmet is the crown, or base, of your headgear. The vines coming from their head could be hoses or plastic tubes, whatever you want, sprayed black and glued on.
Once you have everything you just spray paint. That covers the armor.
The helmet is the tricky part. You need to find or make a template of the helmet and make a cardboard layer you can cutover. From there polyester or resign molds can be used to make the helmet itself. Once that's finished you add some color and you're good to go.
Like I said.
The armor is easy to make, truly. If you find the right guy, you can even show the clerk at the store a pick of their armor and they might have the exact or similar model. The helmet will take some pro work though. Either try for yourself or find a place which can make molds of that form for you. You may even be able to order one custome online.
