The percentage of teens could probably be around 40 to 50%, because of the special needs they have or because they want them to believe of what they think. Parents want their special needs kids to believe in them their whole life so no fun would be ruined. There are kids all around the world that believe in Santa Claus but, the teenagers are a lot different. I cannot guarantee that I am right but, in the whole world, it is probably 40 to 50%.

If roughly 75-80 percent Americans believe in a divine Jesus and there's as much evidence for Santa's(or more)existence the number must be higher than you would like to think that believe Santa is alive today. Americans will believe just about any extra ordinary claim via blind faith if it makes them feel good.

Percentage of 7 year old kids are probably a lot, depending on what their parents told them. It could be 80%- higher or lower. Some kids never believed in Santa their whole life.
