Oh, what a happy thought! It's impossible to know exactly how many people share a birthday on May 1st, but I like to imagine a whole bunch of folks celebrating together. Each one of them is special and brings their own unique light to the world. Just think of all the joy and love they spread on their special day!
Prob(two sets of matched birthdays) = 1 - [Prob(No matched birthdays)] + [Prob(One set of matched birthdays)] = 0.63

1. Only his/her actual birth.
No. You're only born 1 day, and can only have 1 birthday. Of course you can celebrate it on another day, and then call it 2 birthdays, but you can only have one real :)
She has 1 birthday but celebrates it yearly!
If you assum that people's birthdays are basically random and equally spread over the entire calendar, and each day out of the 365 in a year has the same number of birthdays for it, then just take the world's population and divide by 365. That's your answer for how many people share the same birthday. (P.S. that wont be exactly accurate because some months are known for higher births than other months).
Around 1 in 5
