Not all births are registered. Nor is there public access to all birth records. Some people do not know their exact birth date.

Because of this no exact answer can be given. Nor would it be accurate to say that a given fraction was born on a particular date. There are more births in some months than others, the statistic of this vary from country to country.

A (very) rough approximation would be 1/365th of the total population was born on a particular date.
