As cute as possible.
extremely formal! Living in the southern part of US, we do it big in Texas:) for girls, we wear long fancy dresses which range from 150 to 900 dollars. you get your nails done, hair done, makeup done, get your pictures made, go to dinner, show up in a limo, wear high heals, get your dress altered (its rare to find a dress that fits perfectly) and then you dance the night away until after prom. After prom goes from 12-4 AM and then usually groups just sleep at ones house and somebodys parents are nice enough to cookbreakfast that morning. PROM is a lot of fun. if trying to budget- remember to plan for ticket prices and Alterations for your dress which gets extremely costly. Average night at Prom here in Texas would cost an average girl (assuming they pay their own way) is nearly $1,000. if your planning to attend your Senior Prom, start saving early and make it worth the money :) goodluck!
Find a nice dress, go to a salon and get your hair done, apply make up lightly. Or you can just do whatever, depends on what you feel like.
