In the broadest sense, yes, as he is an Imaginary being and certainly has superhuman powers. However, it is rare, I would say unheard of, for any Department Store Santa Claus to brandish a ( my guess it would have to be red and white) wand and hey- presto-chango- conjure up Christmas gifts. I cannot ever recall a St. Nick character performing , stage or otherwise, Magic tricks. stop and think. again, maybe the reason is St. Nicholas was a Saint, and the churchmen do not like Stage Magic as they feel it is a parody on religion ( partly so).
