It is absolutely DANGEROUS to not eat for a long period of time, it can lead to fainting, hunger, headaches, sleepiness and other medical symptoms too, if you may have special needs, or are very ill. You should have all three of your meals each day. However, if you do skip a meal, you might feel hungry, tired, and you might feel like you want to collapse. To solve this problem, there is a simple solution. All you have to do is eat some healthy fruit or vegetables and add a cup of water or fruit juice to it. Don't try to add some sugar in that meal, you may think it'll give you a boost of energy, but only for about a few minutes, then you just become tires again. Fruits and Vegetables contain a lot of vitamins and minerals that help your body stay fit, active and energetic for a long time, just make sure you eat them at least twice a day.
