Una fiesta o beben demasiado
What do you do to tidy your room?
Well, darling, "¿Qué haces para tu cumpleaños?" in Spanish means "What do you do for your birthday?" So, if someone asks you that, they're basically wondering how you celebrate getting one year closer to the sweet release of death. Cheers to another year of existence, I guess!
"What is your profession?" or "What kind of job do you have?"

'Haces' is spelled with an initial 'h.' '...que haces..." means "what/which/that you do," or "what/which/that you're doing." As a question, '¿Qué haces?' means 'What are you doing?'
are you that fecha cumpleanos
What happened to you?
Que haces? or Que estas haciendo?
Que fecha is what date and es tu cumpleanos is is you or your birth day so this = what date is your birthday?
It's qué más haces? and it means, What else do yo do?
"Que haces?" or "Que estas haciendo?"
I think you mean to say que haces, in which case it means what are you doing. And as an extra not it uses the informal you, (yes there is also a formal you in spanish) mean you are close or you are younger.
