One holiday is a celebration of the devil, and the other celebrates the birth of Christ. As a matter of fact Halloween started by Pilgrims who was convinced that if they dressed up like scary monsters and other spirits, they could scare evil spirits away. Christmas is more of a historical truth that is preach today about Jesus Christ being born. People dress in costumes on Halloween and on Christmas people are in their pj's. Plus you get candy on Halloween, and presents on Christmas.

Wiccans clebrate 8 Pagan Sabbats. The Sabbat that occurs around Christmas time is Yule, and it is traditionally celebrated on Dec. 21, four days prior to Christmas. Note: Some Witches celebrate Christmas with their families and/or friends out of respect for their beliefs.
