Looking crinkly and limp is often a sign that the plant needs watering. Just in case, propagate a couple of new plants in case the old plant is too far gone. Break off a segment of the plant, and push half way into a John Innes compost or similar compost. Pot on as the new plants develop. It could also be mould, or even root rot due to over-watering!
