In Korea, we set up a korean styled table that is called, sang. On the "sang" we put ricecake soup (dokguk) and bow to the table\sang, and eat after the girls bow 6 times,and boys bow 2 or 1 time. We eat ricecake soup because we, koreans believe that if you eat dokguk, you turn 2years older than before if your birthday is not yet.
