because feburary has only 28 days evry leap year a day is added on to make feburary have 29 days this is because every year there isn't 365 days there is atully 365 and a quarter so every four years those quarters add up to a one day which is added on to the end of feburary.

February 29th is added every four years and we get 366 days instead of 365. It's done because it takes a little longer than one year for the earth to make a complete orbit of the sun. By adding a day every four years, the earth's orbit coincides with the Gregorian calender than most people on the planet use. Every 4 years in the USA we have a presidental election.

Nothing special really. A leap year is simply the addition of an extra day into the calendar every four years - to bring the seasons back into alignment. If there was no leap 'day', eventually, we would have winter conditions in summer.

Nothing in particular. You will still have it. If it is on the 29th of February, then it will be on that date. If it on the 1st of March or later in the year, it will be two weekdays later than in the previous year. This does not apply if your birthday is in January or February. In that case, it will be two weekdays later in the following year.

The amount of days changes from 365 days to 366 days. The month of February has one extra day added to make it 29 days long instead of 28 days long.
