Most people would recommend that alcohol is consumed in moderation.
The type of alcohol typically consumed as drinking alcohol is ethanol, which is found in beverages such as beer, wine, and spirits.
A normal blood serum alcohol level in most cases is zero, particularly if an individual has not consumed any alcohol. If alcohol has been consumed, the level can vary depending on the amount consumed and individual factors. In general, a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08% is considered the legal limit for driving in many places.
Ethanol is the commonly consumed form of alcohol. Methanol, or wood alcohol, can also be consumed, but is digested slowly and converted to formaldehyde and can cause blindness and death. Beverage alcohol is most often consumed orally. However, it can also be taken by inhaling the vapors of ethanol or transdermally, such as by means of enemas.
Physical size, gender, amount of alcohol consumed, time period over which alcohol is consumed, contents of stomach, etc.
Alcohol is good for the body if consumed in moderation.
Alcohol of that strength is hygroscopic, it will kill you.
