December 25th. Actually, the whole celebration goes on from December 24th (Noche Buena) all the way to January 5th (3 Kings Day). This is where the song the "12 Days of Christmas" comes from. Many other Spanish and Catholic countries celebrate Christmas for 12 consecutive days (Gifts would only be given on 3 kings day).
Also, someone already said that they celebrate Christmas on June 25th because that was their winter. Please note that since Cuba is in the NORTHERN hemisphere, they experience winter at the same time as us.
