If you are, I will recommend you to get her to a date and give some kind of cute necklace or bracelet which really represents your love to her. Second, if you are her brother or father, I will recommend you to take her to a great dinner restaurant and a bag or dress.

It depends what your budget is...If she doesn't have an i Pod, you could buy her one. (Like I said-depending on your budget!) If she does, buy her an i Tunes gift card. If she has a prepay phone, buy her some minutes. You could get her a magazine subscription to Us Weekly or People. You could buy her some make-up. You could get her a gift card to Abercrombie, Aeropostale, American Eagle, or Hollister. Good Luck!!!

P.S.-I don't suggest buying clothes or bags for her. If she doesn't like it, it was a complete waste of your time and money trying to find something that is in your price range, that would fit her, and that she would like.
