Let me assume it is a case of a unmarried couple.
Its not only kiss but also about everything u do with your counterpart that may lead to this type of situation.
When you are with your counterpart you Should take a care that whatever you are doing is acceptable to him or her. it may happen in the present situation your counter part may not b able to stop you for doing whatever you are doing with him. Either the environment/surrounding or ur wishes may force him not to stop you. at later part he/she reliases that it was not correct what happened. this lead to some kind bad feeling about you.
But you need not to woory about this situation. if u think u r coorect at ur side, just let her/him ignore for 2-3 days, do appear in front of him then genetly start talking and try to ease the situation.
