What to do at a 12 year olds party?

he should just have a party at his house. crank up the tunes, grab the food and let the guys be guys. if in the summer, play outside. bring skateboards, bikes, and if you have a pool, let them swim! if in the winter, they could go outside in the snow or stay inside and play Video Games or whatever. Let the birthday boy choose.

For my 12th birthday I got the privilege of going to the movies with 3 friends for the first time by myself and then they came over and spent the night and we had cake, Pizza Ext.But we live in a small suburban area and it depends on your rules as a parent.

My friend who is very outgoing is having a costume party in the middle of April and i think that is a cool idea..

It doesn't have to be big and extravagant, even if you just go to the dollar tree get decor, and have your kids friends come over and hang out. They are getting to the age where they probably don't ant you conducting a birthday with "fun filled activities" and depending on gender just want to do make-overs, play video games, stay up late with no parents and that kinda stuff. Of course it depends on the kid.

^ I am sorry but no way...I am a 12 year old girl and a party like that would make me feel about four, not 12. I know that's what parties would be like in the 70's as my mum had parties like that, but nowadays girls prefer parties that make them feel grown up. Parties at Lush are SO cheap yet brilliant; I totally recommend a pampering party or a photoshoot or just a fancy meal at The Crazy Bear or something like that. That's what I would love. Party games can still be played, but update them! ^

Well, you could go ice skating (indoor or outdoor), cosmic Bowling, go to an amusement park/ water park, a pool party, a sleepover. It depends on things like is it for a boy or girl?

some ideas are that you can have sleep over, invite a couple of girls over, or go to movies and watch a movie there. its really what choose, this is just my opinion

invite tons of friends. have lots of snacks. do something like a pool party. even go somewhere like a water or amusement park. or just leave the kid alone and let him/her do their own thing.
