What to do for a girls 13th birthday with Mom and Dad?

i'm fourteen, and what made me really happy, was a nice fancy resturant. :D

and then i got to go to the mall with my friends with 150 dollars to spend on my own birthday present because i was "making my own decisions" then.

i had a really great time.

• Mall Hunt; invite about 6-14 girls and separate into groups of 2-3 and provide a camera for each group. The point of the game is to run into different stores and get a picture of the item with the item and group. For example, Red shirt, teddy bear, hair spray, or get a pic with a random guy. The first group to complete the whole paper needs to run back to where you started (prob doors or something) Then afterwards, eat at the food court. i suggest to pick a big mall.
• Luau; if the party is in the summer, buy a slip'n'slide or a pool and have a luau! Buy leas for everyone. I did this last year and i made a big cake then cut it into the shape of a flip flop then bought icing and little candy and everyone got to design their own cake as a flip flop
• Rent; Rent out a place and invite as many people as you want(: Rent a DJ or just set up a bunch of speakers everywhere and hook up your iPod for music. Spend a couple bucks on finger foods like pretzels or chips and soda.
• Hair'n'Nails; go to salon to get nails and hair done. Dont forget to take before and after pic

It depends on who and what they like. Most likely, to suit both genders, you would want something simple and has music. Find out what kind of music he/she is interested in. Movies are fun, too! Call their friends and talk to them about what their favorite movies, songs and interests are.Surprise parties are most likely the favorite out of all parties. House parties are great. Remember to have all of their friends know about this, because they are one of the biggest parts of this plot. Remeber these 5 words, music, movies, friends, fun and secrets, and you will have an amazing party!
