Everywhere. Is this a trick question?

St. Patrick's Day is an official saints day of the church and in that respect

it is celebrated wherever the catholic church operates. However, the

secular celebrations does not occur "everywhere". It occurs in such

places as United States, Argentina, Australia, Canada, New Zealand,

Great Britain, Japan, Montserrat, and South Korea.
