We prove that we have leap years every four years and leap years have 366 days instead of the usual 365 and that means February has 29 days instead of the usual 28 when we arived with 30 hours on December 31 instead of the usual 24. 1700, 1800 and 1900 were not leap years, even though they normally should be, but 1600 and 2000 were leap years. The first day of taking every extra 6 hours is Leap Day.
