Assuming you are asking about whose birthdays are mentioned in The Bible, there were only two:

1. Genesis 40:20-22: The Pharaoh of Egypt during the time of Joseph was celebrating his birthday, during which he had his chief baker hung.

2. Matthew 14:6-11 & Mark 6:21-29: Herod was celebrating his birthday, and at the request of the daughter of Herodias at the urging of her mother he had John the Baptizer beheaded and his head brought in on a platter.

What is interesting is that on both of these occassions, the person celebrating their birthday was not a worshipper, and that upon their authority innocent persons were murdered.

What makes these accounts even more interesting is that they were included in the Scriptures. 2 Timothy 3:16, 17 tells us: "All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work."

These accounts were included to teach us something. Since they are the only such accounts and had such negative connotations, it would seem Jehovah was trying to tell us he did not approve of birthday celebrations.

it seems like you reading a bit too much into that. after all both actions occured before jesus death. or are we applying the much abused principal terminolgy. its ok for elders to sell goods to the defence sector and take bribes off suppliers mmm get a life pal . we all know what to believe . of course one is loyal to the organisation. do the account of moses mean i kill my supervisor when i see him abusing his power !!!
