Well you don't exactly celebrate them more like include them in Nativity sets, pictures, and they are in The Bible and books about them. So you don't necessarily celebrate them more like remember who they were and what they did.
Oh and a quick fun fact,the wise men didn't come to Jesus when he was first born. They didn't get to him until he was about a year old.
