No but you can store it.

You can recycle electricity and it is being developed by a few electrical engineers using DC /DC currents. When the current comes back it is actually greater than the original load. So when it comes back it can be stored. It is much like the perpetual motion machine. Don't forget TESLA created wireless electricity just by inducting AC current from the atmosphere.
