First you pull the front of the bike up like a catwalk - dont try and wheelie up! Then you lift the back up with your feet - point them down at about 45 degrees and pull upwards. Then you do a bunnyhop. Try and bring the bike level at the peak of the jump with your weight near the back, then come down as level as possible. Don't worry if you can't do it the first try, it took me a couple of hours to do it.

It's not the wheelie as such, but if you're doing it in traffic it might be seen as reckless behaviour. It's hard to steer and brake when you're pulling a wheelie.
