First, Determine what type of bike trailer hitch system you have. There are quick-release skewers and fixed-nut attachments. The quick-release skewer is just a squeeze clamp and strap that attaches around the bike seat post. The fixed-nut attachment is a horizontal hole through the trailer hitch that will bolt to the rear bike wheel.
Second, Unscrew the nut holding on the rear tire. This is necessary for the fixed-nut attachment bike trailer hitches.
Third, Slide the fixed-nut attachment trailer hitch over the rear wheel bolt protruding through the bike frame. Screw the nut back on tightly.
Fourth, Wrap the strap around the bike seat post under the bike seat. This is necessary for the quick-release skewer bike trailer hitches.
Lastly, Squeeze the clamp on the quick-release skewer. Feed the strap back through the quick-release skewer on the bike trailer. Release the clamp on the quick-release skewer. Pull the strap tight.
Just get a regular battery powered diode rear light for a bike, and figure out a way to attach it to your trailer. No need for a trailer-specific light.
There's no bike that needs a trailer. but maybe your question is about what type of bike that you can attach a bike trailer to? I'd say go for a rigid MTB. They have the gears to allow you to pull a trailer, and sturdy brakes to give OK stopping even with the trailer pushing. Disclaimer: I can't make out exactly how the trailer attaches to the bike. Can be that an extra long rear axle is needed. If you have a q/r axle the trailer supplier can deal with that easily by supplying an extra long skewer. If you have a solid axle at just the right length it might be more awkard.
None can attach to a bike.
Because is upside down. Reverse entire operation and attach trailer at correct location, which is not link layer.

Three kids on one bike, that's a tall order. I thing the best option - if they're small - would be a Bakfiets, a Dutch cargo bike. From the bars and back it looks like a normal bike, but ahead of the bar the bike has a stretched, low frame that holds a big box. Or you can have one in a seat on the rack and two in a bike trailer. Or one on a generation tandem, one in a seat on the rack and one on a trailer bike. Or get a stretched bicycle, a Surly Big Dummy or an xtracycle, which can fit two child seats, then add either a trailer bike or a bike trailer.
Unfortunately, you cannot connect the cab of a lorry to the trailer's as they are stationary and will not move.
