On a rear loader garbage truck, the waste is loaded from the back and then a big metal scoop compacts it against the moving walls inside to allow more room in the truck. Once full it is emptied at a landfill or other waste solutions area.
The best members to distribute allocations in society are impartial individuals who have the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to make fair and informed decisions. These could include trusted government officials, representatives from community organizations, or independent experts who prioritize the well-being of the community as a whole. Transparency and accountability are key in ensuring fair distribution of resources.

If the semi truck knocked on the garbage truck, yes.
Once your garbage is in the garbage truck it is then taken to a "Transfer Station." The garbage truck is emptied into this facility by means of hydraulics pushing all of the material onto a concrete floor. At this point the garbage is ran over and over by a compactor (this is a loader with steel knob wheels and a push blade on the front instead of a bucket.) The garbage is then loaded by this same "compactor" into a trailer that has an open top. For visual help... The trailer is already attched to the semi. It is driven into a loading area below the floor of the transfer station and the compacted waste is pushed off of the edge. Once loaded the semi truck takes the waste to a Municiple Solid Waste Landfill. Once at Landfill, the semi unloads into a designated area and the garbage is worked over again and again. Eventually, the waste is covered with earthen material when that designated area is full.
