How old you have to be for parkour?

All ages practice parkour, I have seen kids younger than 12 doing it, and I have also seen adults in their 30's doing it. However, the general age is around 16 to 25 (my opinion).

You can be any age for parkour. But it is a lot better to start parkour when you're young, so you get more into it and have a better chance of getting sponsored.
