No stay away they have complaints with the better business bureau, they are being sued by several insurance companies for faulty toilets. I know I had three in my brand new house and just a few months after moving in they tanks all started cracking and water started pouring out and did over $20,000 in damage and vortens is refusing to pay guesses I'll just have to get in line to sue them behind everybody else.
