The average speed of a mountain bike is typically around 10-20 km/h, depending on the terrain and rider's skill level.

Downhill, they can hit 50 MPH/80 KMH, or even more.
30 km/h
Hard to tell, as there is a lot of variation between riders and rides. For my daily commute it's about 14 MPH (22 KMH), but for races and racers it can be 25 MPH(40KMH) or more. People on more upright bikes might not do more than 10 MPH(16 KMH)
The average push bike doesn't go anywhere, at any speed, by itself unless you chuck it off a cliff - so whenever you're talking of pushbike speeds you're really talking about how fast a certain rider can push a certain bike on a certain course. And since rides and riders are so different from each other it's really hard to come up with an average speed. Dedicated roadies can reach an average of close to 40 KMH/25 MPH for several hours while an XC MTBer on a technical singetrack might be well pleased reaching 12 KMH/ 8 MPH on his ride.
It is travelling at 75 kmph.
