Preferably a DH Mountainbike. With their long suspension travel, beefy brakes, thick tires and strong wheels they're best adapted to the forces involved. Any bike can go DH of course, but both rider and bike stands a much greater risk of damage if you use a standard bike.
It is not very hard to put full downhill on a normal mountain bike but you need to take it to a professional.
i guess its gravity
The downhill forks will fit on a normal mountain bike with a little fabrication.
of course they can
a bike downhill horse uphill
Riding a bike uphill is generally more challenging than riding downhill because you have to pedal harder against gravity to move forward.
A mountain bike can reach speeds of up to 40-50 miles per hour when ridden downhill on a steep slope.

When choosing a downhill bike fork, key features to consider include suspension travel, damping system, stiffness, weight, and adjustability. These factors can impact the performance and handling of the bike on rough terrain.
The top speed achievable on a downhill trail with a mountain bike can vary depending on factors such as the terrain, rider skill level, and bike specifications. However, experienced riders can reach speeds of up to 40-50 miles per hour or more on steep and smooth downhill sections.
