A case- to put everything in
Mother Board- everything is connected to this
Central Processing Unit (CPU)- the brain
Random Access Memory (RAM)- short term Memory
Hard Drive Disk (HDD)- long term memory
Power Supply Unit (PSU)- gives power to the whole thing
Optical Drive- reads discs etc.
Graphical Processing Unit (GPU/Graphics Card)- makes the pretty pictures on screen
Sound Card (optional)- processes sounds
