Remove wheel from frame, mind the derailer. Use tire levers to unseat one side of the tire to get to the tube. Pull tube out, locate puncture. Patch puncture. Inflate tube a little, install tube in tire. w/o using tire levers, pull side back over rim. Reinstall wheel (mind the derailer), hook up brake, finish inflation - done!
