Go to a store like Pet Smart and go to the small animal section. Buy a small water bottle to hang on its cage. It should come with everything to help hang it up. If you can't hang anything on your hamsters cage, then buy a small bowl to put the water in. There's not really a type of water you should feed it. Just get some water from the bathroom sink.
